The project proposes a residential facility designed to accommodate and care for sixty elderly residents whose health conditions no longer allow them to live independently. The building is conceived as a compact yet articulated volume, combining a clear structural logic with a flexible spatial organization.
The ground floor follows the natural topography of the site and opens toward the southeast corner, establishing continuity with the access road. This level hosts the public and collective functions of the building and maintains a direct relationship with the garden that surrounds the structure on all sides.
Residential units are distributed across the four upper floors and organized in clusters arranged over two levels. The architectural plan is structured around two perimeter bands separated from a central core by a distribution and service zone. This spatial system is repeated on each level with adjustments to accommodate the different programmatic requirements.
Horizontal and vertical circulation is located within the intermediate zone, connecting the two spatial bands while acting as a buffer between the various functional areas. The result is a layered internal organization that mediates between collective life and the more private dimension of the living units.
